TRL Handmade Furniture offers free delivery and installation across England and Wales. Your item will be delivered to the room of your choice and fully assembled, provided there is clear and suitable access. Please ensure all doorways, stairways, and access points are adequate before placing your order.
Orders outside England and Wales, including Scotland, may incur additional shipping charges.
Leg Options
- Dining Tables – As standard, legs are placed approximately 5cm from each end of the table, maximising legroom for chairs and benches.
- Conference Tables – Legs are positioned approximately 22cm from each end to provide additional clearance and a balanced professional layout.
- Standing desk legs are built with strong metal construction and dual motor technology, delivering smooth and quiet height adjustments, excellent stability, and reliable support for setups weighing up to 120kg.
- When choosing your leg colour, raw steel can sometimes vary between gunmetal grey with silver corners marks where the weld has been grinded or a consistent silver colour.
- Please specify your preferred leg colour when ordering.
Shipping & Returns
All handmade indoor furniture is made to order with care and attention to detail. Indoor pieces typically have an estimated lead time of 4–6 weeks, depending on the specific requirements of your order.
Many orders may be ready sooner, and your estimated delivery timeframe will be confirmed during checkout.
Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule delivery at a time that suits you.
Returns (Bespoke Products)
We take great care when loading our vans, but if you believe your items have suffered damage during delivery, we’re happy to offer a free replacement to ensure you receive the perfect product.
Please note that due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our furniture, some variations in the timber or finish are natural characteristics, not defects, and add to each piece’s uniqueness.
If you have any concerns, please email us with photos so we can review them. We will always resolve any genuine defects that are not related to the natural characteristics of the materials or the handmade craftsmanship. Please note that, due to the handmade nature of our products, a size tolerance of up to 3cm may apply.
