What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your order when it is delivered then please do get in touch. There can be occasions where your order is not as expected but we are always on hand to discuss any concerns. If needed, we will happily arrange a replacement order delivered as soon as possible and to take away the items you are not happy with.
How do I take care of my furniture?
Day to day, a damp cloth should be all that is needed to wipe down your furniture and keep it clean. We do offer a care bundle which comes with a specific cleaning solution and also a pot of oil to truly help maintain the timber and keep it looking brand new.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 4-6 weeks of an order being placed. There can be times where this is delayed however we work hard to keep within this timescale. All customers will receive a notification from our delivery service Stream at least 1 week before your delivery date allowing you either accept or decline the timeslot given. If the timeslot is declined then the next available slot could be up to 2 weeks later. For areas like Scotland, Wales and Devon, we only deliver to parts of these areas on a monthly basis.
